The problem

Your apps hold the data. People still coordinate the gaps.

ERP
CRM
Requests leave ERP
Updates leave CRM — and both stall in between

Manual handoffs

Email and spreadsheets connect the process.

Unmanaged exceptions

Teams chase evidence, approvals and updates.

Costly changes

Routine requests become engineering work.

Closed loop

A closed-loop platform. Build every component in one place.

Apps, processes, documents, integrations and AI agents come from the same constructor — one data model, one security layer, one journal. No archipelago of systems to stitch together.

Security & audit

One data model · one security layer · one journal

The approach

One platform for your team to run the whole work

Components, workflows, governed AI and an on-prem foundation — in one product, on one data model.

Studio · Layout editor
on-prem · branch main
Studio layout editor: a component palette with navigation, grid and input fields next to a form canvas
Flow designer: create ticket, patch process instance, confirm ticket (human task), confirm-or-reject gateway, wait 30 s, set OPEN or CANCEL_REQUESTED, confirm cancellation, set CANCELLED
Add new subscription: event, delivery target (HTTP webhook or internal process), push URL, HTTP method, authorization and test delivery
Operations dashboard with counters, a trend chart and a 72% gauge
Control

Security, versioning and audit are built in

The same controls apply to people, agents and integrations.

Access controls

Roles, object and operation permissions, row- and column-level security on the data model.

Version history

Every config change is journaled on a branch and can be undone — per change or per run. Files are versioned in S3.

Approval points

Human review before consequential actions: agent proposals wait for an authorized user.

Audit trail

Who changed what, when and from where — for people, agents and integrations: REST, webhooks and the event bus.

Policies out of the box
Roles with permissions per operation and per model — list, read, create, update, delete — bound to the data models they apply to.
Role editor: admin role with Get object list, Get object and Create object permissions, each bound to models
Ops log
Every change with its actor (human or agent), source and status. Undo and redo straight from the log; filter by app, status, actor and source.
Ops log with Undo and Redo buttons and rows of applied and undone changes by human and agent actors

Certification and regulatory compliance are not claimed.

Freedom to change stays with your team

UIs, agents, rules and workflow management should not require a new project.

Business configuration

Authorized users adjust forms, routing, workflow settings and policies in Studio — no release needed.

Engineering when needed

REST and MCP for programmatic control; Java and Node services, microservices on Kubernetes for specialized logic — all under your technical team's control.

The platform

Three layers, one data model, one security layer

Everything here is in the product today; beta items are marked.

Business Fabric

Data models, forms, pages and processes are generated and stay editable. Apps, boards and dashboards, tasks and notifications — for the people who run the work.

Processes & tasks

Visual flows with human tasks, timers and gateways. Status changes, confirmations and cancellations are steps in the flow, not code.

Flow designer: a ticket flow with create, confirm, wait and cancel steps

Documents & e-signature

Document templates, generated documents and e-signature inside the same processes.

Studio list of document templates

Integrations

Inbound webhooks start flows; event-bus subscriptions deliver to HTTP endpoints or internal processes; REST APIs and MCP — all with filtering and audit. Connectors to ERP, CRM and field systems through flow steps.

Inbound webhooks list: Create Ticket and My Tickets - Create Ticket, each enabled, with the /api/hooks path that starts a flow

AI Control Plane Beta

LLM gateway with audit, agent steps as process tasks, approval before consequential actions.

Pull requests for configuration

Configuration lives on branches. A pull request shows the diff by object type — models, forms, layouts, flows — and is accepted or rejected before it reaches main.

Studio Pull Requests: a pending PR with View diff, Accept and Reject, and a history of accepted and rejected PRs with diffs by object type

Multilingual out of the box

UI and content in English and Kazakh — more languages can be added. App phrasebooks and API translations merge into the same dictionary.

Deployment & sovereignty

On-premises or private cloud, on Kubernetes. An offline license that never phones home. Government and e-signature stacks where you operate.

Open formats & programmatic control

REST and MCP for everything Studio can do. Configuration export in open formats: JSON, SQL, flow definitions, React components.

How change happens

One change path. Four doors.

People in Studio, the built-in coding agent, agents in processes and external coding agents through MCP change the platform the same way: every change is journaled on a branch, reviewed, and can be undone.

Built-in coding agent

Describe a change on the page

The agent lives in Studio and in the app. It reads the config, patches it through the same MCP tools and reports "Config updated · N changes" — with one-click Undo.

Studio

Agents in processes

AI Control Plane

Agent steps act through a tool gateway with policy and audit; consequential actions wait for a human.

External coding agents

MCP server

Cursor, Claude Code or your own agent configure the platform through 80+ MCP tools, under the same journal.
